You may use UBOtrace only for lawful compliance, due diligence, and verification purposes, and only where you have a legitimate basis to request the underlying data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Platform access is provided under your selected plan. Paid source-data extracts and registry reports are charged transparently and settled before results are displayed.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use trace results for harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a specific SLA is contracted under an Enterprise plan.

UBOtrace provides verification tooling and sourced records. Final compliance decisions remain your responsibility. Liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
